My experience with Heritage Installations was poor and lacking in every respect. The work was not completed, some of the window units installed were wrong and after months of asking for the work to be finished I resorted to legal proceedings which resulted in a court hearing where the judge found in my favour and ordered Mr Wright to repay an amount of money to me. Mr Wright has never done this. As Mr Wright is legally bound to repay the amount to me, I retain the right to appoint an insolvency practitioner to recover the amount due to me....
